“I studied Osteopathy for a combined total of 7 years between the Institute of Osteopathy of Quebec in Canada & the Osteopathic College of Provence Aix-Marseille in France, receiving qualifications in 2011 and 2017.
I have gained over 12 years valuable experience in different countries including France, Canada and Costa Rica treating a wide variety of patients and issues. I’m passionate about heath and have a keen interest in the ensuring the body works at its optimal level.
My experience allows me offer overall care using different osteopathic techniques including cranial, structural, functional and visceral osteopathy. To assist in achieving the best results possible I can also provide stretching and breathing exercises and information on nutrition.
In my free time, I’m very interested in travelling. I thoroughly enjoyed living in Canada for 7 years and it was a great opportunity to explore amazing outdoor activities. Having travelled through several countries, I gained valuable insights and skills in healthcare as I met different people and explored different cultures.
One of my sporting passions is basketball and have played for over 15 years, winning a number of French championships at school level. I also regularly play tennis, soccer, and maybe one day I’ll pick up a hurley for a puck around!!!
Being French, I’m very passionate about food and gastronomy and love to spend time in the kitchen preparing a meal and love using organic produce which I’m delighted to source locally at farmer’s markets. A trip to The English Market in Cork brings its own delights.
My ethos: I’ll do my utmost to help every patient be the best version of themselves regarding their health and provide them with the knowledge to maintain a healthy body.
I’m very glad to join forces with Judith and Marine in Mallow and Fermoy Osteopathic clinics and all the practitioners at the Bellevue Clinic as we help you build a better and healthy life.”
